These Puffs are made for TJ's with cornmeal that’s combined with water and baked to a light, airy, yes, puffy texture, then generously coated with powdered white Cheddar that’s (gasp!) made from actual white Cheddar cheese! #truth. They’re made in TJ’s Too Secret Corn Puff Machine No. 00358. (Not #truth. But the idea of it is great, and TJ's even emblazoned the bag with a very detailed picture of what that machine might look like.)
