Inspired by the playful spirit of Casper the ghost, our Project Casper sauce proves ghost peppers can be approachable, not just intimidating. This vegan-friendly, medium-heat hot sauce opens with a fruity sweetness that gives way to a gentle heat. We’ve combined juicy peaches, pure maple syrup, garlic, and ghost peppers to create a hot honey-garlic style sauce that’s perfect for drizzling over fried chicken, tossing with stir-fried tofu, or using as a wing marinade. It’s the kind of sauce you’ll reach for again and again.
Our favourite pairings for Project Casper:
- Chicken wings (marinade or dip, drizzle some ranch if you need to balance the heat more)
- Fried cauliflower (or anything fried really)
- Grilled veggies
- Souvlaki or kebabs
