This is a smooth sesame paste made by roasting carefully selected sesame seeds to the right degree and slowly kneading them using a unique method.
It can be used as a sauce for shabu-shabu, bang-bang chicken sauce, sesame tofu, to add richness to dishes, or simply sprinkled on toast or vanilla ice cream.
