Korean Chili Flakes are (obviously) commonly used in Korean dishes such as kimchi jigae or soondubu, however they can also be used in BBQ rubs or in a fried chicken flour dredge. These coarse and crispy flakes are incredibly versatile since they balance a spicy, yet mildly sweet flavour to any dish.
