Ingredient	Amount per Capsule
Turmeric (10:1) extract (Curcuma longa, rhizome) equivalent to 4,000 mg dry herb	400 mg
Black Pepper (Piper nigrum, fruit)	5 mg (Standardized to 95% piperine)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, water-soluble cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, turmeric, silica. NON-GMO. NO salt (NaCl), sugar, starch, gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks. Store between 15Â°C and 25Â°C, away from children.
