Dosage

(Children and adolescents aged 4-13): Take 1 gummy 1 time per day with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. (Adolescents aged 14-18): Take 1 gummy 2 times per day with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
