Dosage

Recommended dose: Children 2 - 4 years: Take 1 bag 1 to 2 times a day. Adolescents 5 - 14 years: Take 1 bag 1 to 3 times a day. Adults and adolescents 15 and over: Take 1 bag 2 to 3 times a day. Pour 150 ml of boiling water over the bag and infuse for 4 to 6 minutes.
