Ingredients:
Linden, Sage, Marshmallow Root, Calendula, Mallow Flower, Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Thyme, Apple, Cinnamon, Hibiscus, Rose Petals, Dried Lemon Slices, and other seasonal herbs.
Preparation:
Steep 1 tablespoon of tea in hot water (90°C) for 6–8 minutes. Best enjoyed hot.
