Directions: Rinse hair for 5-10 seconds apply a quarter amount of shampoo lather and rinse. Repeat.

After relaxing: Use as a second shampoo. Relax hair rinse and condition for 1-3 minutes with Nairobi Humecta-Sil. Shampoo with Nairobi Normalizing Shampoo. Rinse and reapply Nairobi Humecta-Sil for an additional 10 minutes. Rinse with tepid water.
