MINERAL OLEO+ is a non-film-forming mineral treatment that consolidates and waterproofs porous mineral substrates while providing enhanced protection against oils, grease, stains, and graffiti. It penetrates deeply by capillary action, creating a permanent mineralization within the pores without altering the surface appearance.
UV-stable and long-lasting, MINERAL OLEO+ improves surface durability and resistance to aggressive environments. For optimal performance, it is recommended to apply MINERAL AS as a penetrating base treatment before MINERAL OLEO+.

Suitable Substrates:
Stone, terracotta, slate, concrete, paving, granite, tile grout, porous tiles, and other porous mineral materials.
Application:
Ready to use on clean, sound surfaces. Apply evenly by sprayer. For most substrates, apply one coat of MINERAL AS followed by one coat of MINERAL OLEO+ within 2 hours. On low-porosity surfaces, MINERAL OLEO+ may be applied directly.
