ABS P-trap with a cleanout plug for the under-sink drain that holds a water seal against sewer gas and opens for service without pulling the trap apart — the U-bend keeps a plug of water in the curve that blocks odours from rising back through the fixture, and the threaded cleanout at the base lets you clear a clog or retrieve a dropped ring without cutting pipe. The swivel design eases alignment to the wall outlet before the joints set. Both ends are hub sockets sized for Schedule 40 IPS ABS, solvent-welded for a rigid, sealed joint.
