Product Overview: TREMproof® 250GC is a rapid-curing, high-solids, VOC-compliant modified polyurethane waterproofing membrane. It can be applied to damp and green concrete and is available in three viscosities: Self-Leveling (SL), Roller (R), and Trowel (for detailing work).

Features & Benefits:

• Quick Application: Can be applied 24 hours after concrete forms are removed, even on damp concrete.
• Catalyzed Cure: Option to catalyze with water to speed cure times, especially in cold temperatures and low humidity.
• High Build: This can be applied up to 120 mils in a single lift or multiple lifts to achieve a 215-mil high-build system.
• Compatibility: Works well with Tremco sealants, coatings, and expansion joints for tie-ins, detailing, and penetrations.

Coverage Rates:

• 25 ft²/gal (0.61 m²/L) at 60 wet mils
• 18 ft²/gal (0.44 m²/L) at 90 wet mils
• 13 ft²/gal (0.32 m²/L) at 120 wet mils
• 7.5 ft²/gal (0.19 m²/L) at 215 wet mils

Packaging:

• 5-gal (19-L) pails, 36 pails/pallet
• 55-gal (208-L) drums, 4 drums/pallet

Usage Limitations:

• Do not apply to contaminated surfaces.
• Not suitable as an exposed or wearing surface.
• Ensure adequate ventilation during application.
• Concrete forms must be removed at least 24 hours before application.
• Not approved for direct contact with asphalt-based products.
• Not for use with potable water.
• Contact Tremco Sales Representative or Technical Service for compatibility and job-specific recommendations.
• Do not apply over curing or forming oil compounds.
• Do not apply over non-vented metal pan decking without consulting Tremco Sales Representative.
• Backfilled applications require a compatible Tremco protection course.
• Applied product should not be left uncovered to UV exposure longer than 120 days or covered with a protection course longer than 120 days.
• Use Tremco Epoxy Primer at overlap conditions where asphaltic membranes or self-adhering flashing/sheet membranes come in contact with TREMproof 250GC.
