Dosage

Adults, adolescents and children 4 years and older: Take ¼ measuring cap (5 mL = 1 teaspoon = 1 serving) 2-3 times per day. Water or juice can be added. A measuring cap is provided. Do not contaminate the product by drinking directly from the bottle. Shake bottle well before use."
