Dosage

Take 1 to 2 capsules at bedtime, a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products, 2 to 3 times per week. Maintain adequate fluid intake. Will produce an action within 6 to 12 hours. Frequency of use may be increased up to once daily if results are not observed. Use only when needed. The correct individual dose is the smallest one required to produce a soft-formed stool.
