Recommended Dosage

Insert the pad into your underwear with the adhesive strip facing up. Remove and dispose of the pad after use. For best results, change the pad every 4-6 hours or as needed. Always dispose of used pads in a sealed bag and place in the trash. Do not flush down the toilet.
