Two whole yuzu citrus juices are squeezed into this ponzu, which has plenty of juice and a refreshing yuzu flavor.
The soy sauce uses a mellow fermented soy sauce that enhances the aroma of yuzu. It can be used for a wide range of dishes such as hot pot dishes, salads, ohitashi and gyoza dumplings.
