Sanuki Cha Udon, a new udon born in Udon Prefecture, uses Takase Tea, a famous Kagawa tea that goes well with Sanuki noodles. Using Ishimaru Seimen's unique technology, green tea is kneaded into the noodles, and each one is cut with a knife. The glossy, chewy noodles are characterized by their rich, refreshing green tea flavor from the moment you put them in your mouth.
