Mixing Instructions: 

• For Gelato: Mix one bag (1.55 KG) with 2.5L water and pour into batch freezer.
• For Soft Serve: Mix one bag (1.55 KG) with 3L water and pour into soft serve machine.
• Granita: 330 g powder + 1 L water
• Smoothie/Milkshake: 70 - 100 g powder + 200 g milk + 150 g ice
