Dosage

ENG: Peppermint is traditionally used in phytotherapy to help relieve nausea and vomiting. Oral: Mix 1 to 4 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) of vegetable oil. Take 2-3 times per day. / FR: La menthe poivree est traditionnellement utilisee en phytotherapie pour aider à soulager les nausees et les vomissements. Orale : Mélanger 1 à 4 gouttes dans 1/2 cuillère à thé (2,5 ml) d'huile végétale. Prendre 2-3 fois par jour.
