Dosage

ENG: Wild Oregano essential oil is a source of antioxidants. Oral: Mix 1 drop in 1/2 tsp. (2.5ml) water and vegetable oil to reduce irritation of the mouth and stomach. Take 1 to 3 times a day, with food. If you are taking supplements containing iron, calcium, zinc or copper, take this product a few hours before or after taking the supplement. / FR: L'huile essentielle d'Origan Sauvage est une source d'antioxydants. Orale : Mélanger 1 goutte dans 1/2 c. à thé (2,5ml) d'eau et d'huile végétale pour réduire l'irritation de la bouche et de l'estomac. Prendre 1 à 3 fois par jour, avec de la nourriture. Si vous prenez des suppléments contenant du fer, calcium, zinc ou cuivre, prendre ce produit quelques heures avant ou après la prise du supplément.
