The stubby glass bottle is filled with a 300 millilitre, single serving of ready to drink Coffee—but it’s not just any Coffee. TJ's roaster starts with 100% Arabica coffee beans from Mexico (80%) and Colombia (20%). These world-class beans are treated to a medium roast, then subject to a slow-brewing process in which the grounds are immersed for a long period of time in ambient (aka room temperature) water. This time-intensive process results in a finished brew that’s supremely balanced, with hints of citrus and a reined-in acidity that highlights the nutty notes and chocolate flavours.
