By using our proprietary method cultivated over many years of pickling plum wine, we have extracted a deep flavor and mellow aroma from aged Kishu plum wine. We have also achieved a taste like plum wine that has been thoroughly pickled. Put ice in a rocks glass and enjoy about 4 cups (about 70 ml / cup).
