Dosage

Children 2-4 years: Chew one tablet 2 times per day. Children 5-9 years: Chew one tablet 3 times per day. Adolescents 10-13 years: Chew two tablets 3 times per day. To help maintain immune function over the cold and flu season: Ages 4-13: Chew one tablet each day Take at the first sign of infection. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
