The Princess Saucepan features an extra-thick pristine-white Bioceramix® coating as well as the patented Inox ‘double-bottom’. Bioceramix® is an exclusive ceramic reinforcement that provides long-lasting, non-stick, high-heat performance. The coating is PFOA, cadmium and lead-free. The patented Inox stainless steel plate is embedded into the aluminum bottom. It promotes even heat distribution and is suitable for all hobs including induction. Dishwasher safe. Size: 24cm / 9.5″. Unique to the Pensofal line, the Aroma Lid features a circular stainless steel knob with a deep reservoir containing a micro-hole used to diffuse liquids slowly into your food as it cooks.
