Apply 1 thin coat, cap the free edge, then cure for 30 seconds. Apply a second thin coat of color and cap the free edge. Cure for 30 seconds. Shake your OPI GelColor Stay Shiny Top Coat vigorously for 1 minute to thoroughly mix. Apply 1 thin coat and cap the free edge to seal in color. Cure for 30 seconds. Remove the tacky layer of your top coat with an Expert Touch Nail Wipe saturated with N.A.S. 99.
