• Apply food-safe mineral oil evenly to all surfaces. Let penetrate for at least 3 hours, then wipe excess. Condition weekly for THREE (3) months, then monthly or whenever wood looks dry or faded. The Heritage Block requires a lot of oiling especially to start.
