Dosage

Recommended dose: ADULTS: Use one bag per cup water, 4 times a day. Pour the boiling water and allow to steep for 4 to 6 minutes. Take at the first sign of a cold or infection. Duration of use: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond one month.
