ENG: Lemon essential oil is used in aromatherapy to relieve symptoms of cold and flu. Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops in a bowl of hot water or put in a diffuser. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes. / FR: L'huile essentielle de citron est utilisee en aromatherapie pour soulager les symptômes du rhume et de la grippe. Inhalation : Ajouter 4 à 12 gouttes dans un bol d'eau chaude ou mettre dans un diffuseur. Inhaler lentement et profondément pendant 5-10 minutes.
