TL;DR: Crumps' Natural Freeze Dried Chicken Cat Treats are a single-ingredient, grain-free treat made with chicken. They suit adult cats with sensitive stomachs and can be served whole, crumbled over meals, or rehydrated into a soft topper.

These freeze dried treats contain one ingredient: chicken. There are no grains, fillers, by-products, or added preservatives.

Freeze drying preserves the natural flavour and texture of the chicken while keeping the pieces light and crunchy. They soften quickly with a splash of water or broth, so you can serve them dry or as a lickable topper.

Who is it for?

These treats suit adult cats who do well on simple, protein-focused recipes — including picky eaters and cats with food sensitivities. Because chicken is the only ingredient, they are a practical option when you want to avoid grains, fillers, or unnecessary additives.

If you've been reaching for cat treats in a tube but prefer something without added thickeners or flavourings, a single-protein freeze dried treat is a straightforward alternative. It lets you reward your cat with chicken alone, no extras.

Feeding & use

Offer the freeze dried pieces straight from the bag as a crunchy reward, or crumble them over your cat's regular food as a topper. For a softer texture, add a little warm water or low-sodium broth to rehydrate the pieces into an aromatic paste — useful for encouraging picky eaters.

Unlike cat treats churu and similar squeezable formats, these crunchy pieces store easily and only soften when you want them to. They're a flexible option if your cat turns up its nose at a chicken piccata style meal topper.

Treats should make up no more than 10% of your cat's daily calories. Always provide fresh water alongside freeze dried foods, and these cat treats in a tube alternatives are no exception.
