Mixing Instructions:

• Acai Soft Serve: Mix one bag (1.5 KG) with 3.5L of water and pour into soft serve machine.
• Acai Gelato: 500 g powder + 1 L water
• Acai Granita/Slush: 330 g powder + 1 L water
• Acai Smoothie/Milkshake: 70 - 100 g powder + 200 g milk + 150 g ice
