The Luvelle 4″ fire-rated LED pot light removes that step: a canless wafer with an integrated fire-resistant steel enclosure, cETL/ULC listed to UL 1598 / CSA C22.2 and tested for use in 2-hour fire-rated floor-ceiling assemblies, so the rating travels with the fixture instead of a separate box. It's the same 750-lumen, 5CCT-selectable wafer the rest of the line uses — warm 2700K through crisp 5000K, chosen on the driver before install — in a body under an inch thick that clips straight to the drywall on heavy-duty springs, even directly under a joist. Type IC and air-tight, it buries safely in spray foam or fibreglass without a clearance gap, holding the ceiling's thermal envelope.
