Vybz Kartel's melodic \"Every Now and Then\" is an excellent cut, massive Jamaican hit, and probably the reason why the riddim is often described as a hip-hop or R\u0026amp;B riddim. That comparison seems misplaced since Celebration features squeaky keyboards and thin handclaps, rather than the fat bass often associated with urban genres. What is true is that R\u0026amp;B-styled crooners are the only ones able to do much with the mediocre riddim since Wayne Marshall, Sean Paul, and Wee-Kenz provide the collection's best tracks. The only other interesting cut is Elephant Man's because it's odd to hear the usually hyper and cocky DJ with so little to say.
