Our new Honduras Swiss Water Process Decaf comes from the Sueños de Semilla project, featuring coffees grown by Clementino Ramirez, Maria Caceres, and Edis Aguilar in the highlands of Comayagua and El Paraiso. This lot includes Typica and Parainema varieties, processed using washed and honey methods, and decaffeinated in April 2025 using the all-natural Swiss Water® method; no chemicals, just pure coffee.

This limited decaf release reflects a deeper commitment to traceability and justice in coffee sourcing. Sourced through a direct community-level investment model, farmers received nearly double the local market price ensuring dignity, sustainability, and resilience in the face of a challenging economic system.
